Template License Terms of Use

1. Introduction  
Welcome to Onpire! By purchasing and using our website templates, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the templates.

2. License Types
We offer two types of licenses for our templates:

2.1 Personal Brand License

- Usage: This license is for personal brands who wish to use the template for their own website. The Personal Brand License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to customize and use the template for one personal brand website.
  
- Restrictions: 
  - You cannot redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the template, either as-is or with modifications.
  - You may not use the template for any other client or commercial project beyond your personal brand.
  
- Modifications: You are free to modify the template for your own use, but the resulting website must still adhere to these terms.

2.2 Designer License

- Usage: This license is for designers, developers, and agencies who wish to use the template and its elements (such as canvas sections) in custom client projects or to create new templates for sale. The Designer License allows you to incorporate parts of the template into an unlimited number of projects or new templates for clients.

- Canvas Sections & Elements: You are permitted to use individual canvas sections or other elements from the template to build custom websites or new templates for clients. You may sell the resulting custom websites or templates.

- Restrictions: 
  - You cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense the full original template, either as-is or with minor modifications.
  - You cannot sell or distribute a new template that is essentially a copy of the original template with minimal changes (e.g., changing colors or fonts).
  - Any new templates or websites you create using parts of the template must be significantly different from the original.

- Modifications: You may modify and use parts of the template for your own custom projects or new templates, provided that the result is a unique product and not simply a repackaging of Onpire’s template.

3. Ownership and Copyright

- All templates, including any customizations made to them, remain the intellectual property of Onpire. You are granted a license to use the template under the specified terms, but you do not own the template or any of its elements.
  
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the template beyond what is permitted in your license is a violation of copyright law and will result in the immediate termination of your license.

4. Support and Updates

- Personal Brand License: Includes template updates for the lifetime of the product and email support for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

- Designer License: Includes template updates for the lifetime of the product, access to new Canvas Library releases, and priority email support for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the template has been downloaded or accessed. Please review all product details and ensure it meets your needs before making your purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability
Onpire is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data, arising from the use or inability to use the template. You agree that your use of the template is at your own risk.

7. Termination of License
Onpire reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the template and delete all copies.

8. Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the templates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
